The appellant, Michael F. Powers, brought an action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e - 2000e - 17 against the Secretary of Transportation. He charged that he had been subjected to race and gender discrimination. The district court denied his motion for summary judgment and granted the Secretarys cross-motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
